What kinds of products can I order?
We carry handhelds like stickers, postcards, walk cards, and door hangers plus signage such as lawn signs, vinyl banners, and jumbo boards. All items are available in both our standard PrintStore and certified Union Store collections.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Most items start at 500 pieces (handhelds) or 250 pieces (lawn signs). Quantities vary by product; exact minimums appear in each product’s pricing table.
How fast is turnaround?
Standard orders ship within 3–7 business days after artwork approval. Union-printed orders may add one extra business day. Rush options are sometimes available: contact us for details.
How does your low-price approach work?
We negotiate volume rates with trusted suppliers and pass the savings on to you. If you find a lower published price on matching specs and timeline, let us know and we will meet it.
Do you provide design templates?
Yes we do! Visit our Templates page on our main site to see free, print-ready templates in common design formats. Custom layout help is also available through our design team.
Can I get an instant quote?
Yes. Use the Quote Builder to select your products and quantities. It generates a downloadable PDF estimate without requiring an account or email.
What if my order is damaged or not what I expected?
Contact us within seven days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will reprint or refund any order that does not match the approved proof or arrives damaged in transit.
How does shipping work?
We ship nationwide via UPS and USPS. Tracking is provided once the order leaves the press. Oversized signage ships freight and may arrive separately.
